1. Our promise
- No real money, no purchases, no cash-outs and no prizes of value: there is nothing to chase.
- Adults only. We ask for your age when you enter and when you sign up, and we close accounts of anyone under 18.
- A session timer runs in the footer of every page and on every game, and we remind you after an hour of play.
- No pressure tactics: no countdown offers, no "last chance" pop-ups, no messages begging you to come back.
- Breaks, restrictions and deletion are one message away and are handled by a person.
2. Tools you can use
Take a break. Ask us to pause your account for a period you choose (24 hours to 6 months). Choose "Take a break" in the contact form or the Player Care window in the footer.
Restrict my account. Ask us to cap your daily playing time or turn off the daily bonus.
Delete my account. Do it yourself on the My Account page, instantly and permanently, or ask us to do it.
Set your own limits. Decide how long you will play before you start, use the footer timer, and stop when it is up.
3. Signs to watch for
Even without money involved, play can become a problem if it starts to crowd out other parts of life. Ask yourself whether you are playing longer than you meant to, thinking about the games when you are not playing, using them to escape low moods, or feeling irritable when you stop. If any of these ring true, take a break and talk to someone.

5. Blocking software
If you would like to block this website or gambling sites generally, tools such as Gamban and BetBlocker (free) work on phones and computers. Most parental-control apps can also block jmschauer.com.
6. Parents and guardians
Jmschauer is not for children. If you share a device, keep your account signed out, use the parental controls on your device or browser, and consider the blocking software above. If you think a child has created an account, tell us and we will delete it.
